Turbo 5-65 Auto-Adjust Bar Feeder

The FMB Turbo 5-65 A is an automatic magazine style Bar Feeder for processing bars in the diameter ranges of 5-65mm and in lengths from 12’ to 14’ on CNC lathes. Auto adjusting polyurethane guide channels allow for quiet operation at high RPM while feeding round, square or hex bar stock.

The Turbo 5-65 A is compatible with all kinds of fixed headstock lathes. Swiss type synchronization device is also available.

  • (1) Guide channel set to be chosen by customer. Several sizes to choose from. See chart below. (spindle liner required if channel set is not lathe’s max capacity)
  • (1) Universal hard nose and (1) nose I.D. liner specific to pusher
  • (1) O.D. barstock collet (to be chosen by customer)
  • Automatic remnant retraction, self centering gripper
  • Custom lathe cable and interface plugs
  • Outboard roller steady rest—quick adjust system and super rigid design. Mounted to base of machine to provide maximum support of bar stock and pusher
  • 48 part program memory storage
