The bundle loader is the largest step you can take in fully automating your bar feeder. It can hold up to 5,000 lbs of stock and is usually loaded with an entire bundle of material at one time.

It shines in projects where:

• The parts are very long and/or have very fast cycle time
• Loading the max amount of material in one go is beneficial
• 24′ bar feeding, as a lot of that is large diameter pipe that makes long parts
