- Bar feeder model
- Serial number
- Lathe model information
- Nature of problem (failure, vibration, alarm, etc.)
- What was bar feeder doing when problem occurred
- Alarm code/description, if any, from bar feeder
When calling Parts & Accessories, please have the following information:
- Bar feeder make
- Bar feeder model
- Serial number
For bar feeder collets, provide the following:
- Guide channel set (mm by ID of guide channel)
- Matching bar pusher size
