Transcript to FMB Turbo Roller Steady Air Regulator Alignment:
Hi, I’m Brian Grisez with Edge Technologies. Today we’re working on an FMB Turbo 5-65 bar feeder and I want to show you the reason for some mysterious failures of the anti-vibration device. Sometimes on your Turbo 5-65 bar feeder, the roller steady or anti-vibration device might stop working or start moving very slowly when it closes.
This can be caused by the incorrect adjustment of this air regulator, which regulates the closing pressure on these roller steadies. Sometimes this is not correctly adjusted. Sometimes the regulator itself, the knob here for adjustment, I’ve seen come completely off of the regulator. What you’re looking for is an adjustment to where you can see on the gauge there should be a little over a half bar of pressure. This gives you adequate force for the rollers to open and close correctly.
That was air regulator adjustment for anti-vibration device on Turbo 565 bar feeders. Remember, if you found this video helpful, don’t forget to like and subscribe. And if you have an idea for a video you’d like to see next, put it in the comments.
