Short loaders, or spindle-length loaders, can be very cost-effective.
They occupy minimal floor space, don’t need to be attached to the bar stock, and don’t demand bar end preparation. Because the entire bar stock is contained within the lathe headstock, they eliminate nearly all RPM restrictions. Short bar feeders also shine in handling profiled materials or non-perfectly straight bars.

Superior Features
Soft load material presentation. Material is lifted to centerline height. An adjustable magazine incline allows the short loader to “soft load” bars.
Folding axial shift. The folding axial shift allows for easy maintenance and spindle liner changes. The shifting device is standard in X-axis, optional with Z-axis.
Bar stock staging tray. The tray assists in loading bars into the magazine, reducing the chance of harm to the operator.
